This Six Week Immersion is designed to offer education and exploration of what it is to turn to your sexuality from a feminine understanding, both for your own personal life experience and for sharing with another.
As a group, we will delve into deep questions around sex, pleasure, female bodies, and what it is to be a sensually and sexually actualized woman.

As we navigate a world in which sexuality has been understood almost entirely from a male perspective for eons of time, it is really important for us as women to come to an understanding of our sexuality, and the ways we share it intimately, through a feminine wisdom perspective.
When we understand our bodies and our sexual energy and how they work, we empower ourselves to enjoy pleasure - sexual and otherwise - in new and more fulfilling ways.​

BOTH LOVE AND DESIRE CHANGE FOR US AS WOMEN
AS WE GO THROUGH LIFE.
In our earliest experiences of sex and relationship, we are often experimenting as we play out the relational patterns we learned as children…thrown into the world of sex with little to no real education.
Many of our early sexual experiences felt lacking because we intuitively knew that there was supposed to be something more to it, and our early relationships mimicked the ways we tried to get our emotional needs met as children.
All of that equals A LOT of unmet need!
As we grow into our childbearing years (whether we give birth to children or not) our sexual urges are largely driven by hormones and relationship desires are still driven by trying to get unmet needs from childhood met. This combination often results in relationships or situationships that range from feeling like we’re quietly dying inside, or like there’s not enough room in the world for all of the pain or rage that we feel.
If we’re fortunate enough to do some significant growth work through those years, we might find some semblance of the kind of love that we want.
Then, when we enter the menopause portal,
everything changes again.
Many women experience that a decline in estrogen means a decline in libido, and they can lose interest in sex altogether. This is especially true for women who never experienced satisfying sex up to that point.
But for women who stay close to the longing to be truly and deeply met through sex and intimacy, both love and desire take on new meaning at mid-life.

Love turns inward, then blossoms out from there.
Desire deepens, and draws to itself a new kind of intimacy.
In each of these stages of womanhood, there is so much to be gained in understanding what is fueling longing and holding pain for you - hormones, unmet needs, old relational patterns, losing interest - and then learning the mysteries of female sexuality and how they can elevate all of that into true and authentic Love and Desire.
To have that, you have to train your body to hold it.
That’s what you’ll do in this sacred container.
