I vividly remember when I made the decision to do whatever it would take to release my past and open up the pleasures of my body. I was frustrated from having unfulfilling relationships and I just had this deep sense of knowing that there was a huge part of my personal power that was rooted in my sexual energy. I could feel that my body was holding the traumas and heartbreaks and unmet longings of my past. And I was in a great deal of emotional and psychological pain that was preventing me from truly loving myself and from truly accessing the dreams I had for my life. I spent many anxiety ridden nights up late crying or trying to find ways to soothe the pain.

​​But here's the thing, when I finally decided to step up for myself and do the inner work it took to truly feel comfortable in my own skin, Goddess opened the way. Every place in me that needed attention was revealed and self-care and self-love became my path. On that path, the cultivation of sensual embodiment became not just part of a special occasion, but a sacred way of living. And one experience after another appeared, like magic, to feed and nurture my growing feminine power.
​Over the past twenty years I've held powerful women's groups online and in person, led women in pilgrimage on international retreats, and coached women in clearing sexual trauma, claiming feminine sensuality, developing intimate relationships and fully inhabiting the beauty and mystery of their woman's body. My retreats and coaching practice have been filled with women who were ready to taste their feminine power.
And I've now poured all of that experience into my
Embody Your Feminine program.
My lifetime experience of dance and movement, along with three decades of studying women's power and spirituality, and sacred sexuality and sensuality has culminated in my life's passion and purpose...
