In today's climate it's very easy to feel distressed, distraught, or defeated to a degree that makes it difficult to think of shining our light, or even being able to feel our own light within ourselves. How do we go on doing so, especially if we're a woman who's been doing so for a very long time? How do we muster the strength, the resilience, the inner fortitude to continue to bring the light forth?

Now, more than ever, we need to reinvigorate ourselves. We need to strengthen our light, learn how to protect it when necessary, and then shine it out into the world in a way that does not drain us or overtake us.

Because we as women are culturalized to be chronically overgiving, having a call to anything that sounds like giving more can feel exhausting and overwhelming. We need to become masters of our own energy. We must know what we have the energy for, and what we do not. We are not meant to be all things for all people in our world all of the time. Rather, we are meant to learn how to contain, cultivate, nurture, and efficiently express our own natural energy yield. This is how we attain mastery of our ourselves and shine our light most brightly.

Spiritual Radiance: Strengthen Your Light, Shine it Into the World is a class for learning to collect, embody, and radiate your luminous self with clarity and ease.

This three class series will give you:

Three 90 minute live calls over three weeks time
Principles and teachings for honing your containment and the use of your energy
Practical lessons for rejuvenating your spiritual foundations

Through teachings, guided practices, and instructed personal rituals, this class will lead you to strengthen your spiritual practice, foster your resilience, and develop clarity on how to move in the world during these tumultuous times.

Class 1: Fortify and

Protect Your Light

This class will help you learn how to protect your light by fortifying your discernment and your boundaries. Discernment is about honing your ability to clearly see who it is safe to share yourself with, and who it isn't. You'll learn how to tell to what degree you can let all of your light shine towards some people, and the ways you need to hold your light in protection around other people. It's important that we, as women, learn how to determine who is who. Learning where it's safe to fully shine, and where it isn't, is one of the ways that we keep our light protected. Having clear discernment leads to having clear boundaries and this class will cover how to strengthen your ability to set those boundaries.

Class 2 - Make Your

Light Brighter

This second class will focus on deepening your intuition, and the connection between your womb space and your heart. In the chakra system, the sacral, the heart, and the third eye are considered to be the three feminine chakras. Lighting up the relationship among these three power centers will connect you deeply to your Knowing, and from that place you are equipped to shine your light more brightly. When you know how to keep them in balance, how to keep them tuned up, and how to strengthen them all, you can create a practice of self-care that will support you to stay in alignment with yourself, keep your energy flowing smoothly, add strength to your radiance, and set your spiritual foundation firmly in place.

Class 3 - Shine Your Light

into the World

This class is going to focus on what is yours to do. We know that we can't be everything to everyone, but that's a pretty tough lesson to learn for a lot of us as women. What it requires of us is to get really clear on what is my role, what is my path, who do I serve, and where do I best serve them? For some women, that's in their household. For other women, that's in their career, and for others that's in their community organizations. It's truly important that you get clear on what that is for you and from there you can start to determine how you can best share your unique light with people in your life. We are all different, and we are all needed. This final class will help you feel confident to bring your special light to the world.
