Hi, I’m Deonesea.

I’m a Relationship Coach and Spiritual Guide who is beloved as an insightful mentor, a potent ceremonialist, and an inspirational speaker. I am also a dancer, a devotee, a lover of life, and the first person ready to get down on the dance floor!

I am unendingly curious about the human condition…what it means to be a part of something greater, why sexuality is so confusing and so compelling, how we as women are different from men, how our childhood experiences set the tone of our intimate relationships, why we all behave in the ways that we do. That curiosity has led me through an eclectic life path of unusual immersions focused on feminine wisdom teachings, ancient and modern spiritual principles, sacred sexuality, body-based and trauma informed healing modalities, attachment theory, relational patterns, psychology, initiatory rites and explorations of psyche.

All of that has culminated in a passion for supporting you to release yourself from past experiences and conditioning that inhibits your freedom of expression, so that you can find your own personal pathways to more fulfilling relationships... starting with your relationship with yourself… so that you can experience the love you were meant for! 💖💖💖

My work is based in the knowing that our relationships can be a powerful source of creativity, passion and joy when we learn how to fully love ourselves and then flow our love in healthy ways to others. In addition to holding my private coaching practice, I speak to groups about relational empowerment and lead women’s workshops and retreats.

The Restoration of Self

Feeling at ease, confident and secure in ourselves is not a natural state for most women. Most of us have had life experiences that created a deep sense of insecurity and unease that we hide as we go about our daily lives. And if there was any form of abuse or neglect along the way, then that insecurity and unease can be crippling. Many women walk through life feeling that something is fundamentally wrong with them, that something is missing in them that other people seem to have.

In this presentation, Deonesea speaks to women who want to understand why they feel this way and want to know what they can do about it. Restoring our sense of self lends to a newfound sense of personal power, gives us a greater sense of trust in ourselves and our abilities, and establishes a firm sense of inner sovereignty.

Living Beyond Trauma

The path to recovering from trauma often has many components that come into place over time. Depending on the length and severity of the trauma, a woman can be looking at years of recovery time. We often say that recovery is a journey, not a destination. Sadly, this sentiment can leave us thinking that we are destined to a life of reliving painful experiences over and over. The sinking feeling that this will never end limits our progress and impacts our mental health.

In this real life journey, Deonesea shares her own personal story of overcoming trauma and moving on to a life of freedom. Highlighting the turning points along the way that created lasting change, this presentation gives a road map to women who want that freedom for themselves.

One of the greatest damages done to women, and men, in human history, has been the separation of spirituality from sexuality. Dogmatic belief systems and strategic plays for power have created a world in which people live cut off from their deepest, most essential self. Sexuality is how we all came to be here. Through this offering, Deonesea articulates the premises and principles of ancient sacred sexuality understandings in a way that is palatable for today’s audience.
